Builvero is an invite-only platform that connects digital builders — engineers, designers, data scientists, and creators — to collaborate on real projects. The Service allows users to:

  • Create and manage builder profiles
  • Start or join real projects
  • Connect with other builders in a curated community
  • Showcase work and collaborate on initiatives

3. User Accounts and Invitations

Access to Builvero is by invitation only. To create an account, you must:

  • Receive a valid invitation code from an existing member
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service

  • Sharing invitation codes with unauthorized parties

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Projects and Collaboration

Projects created on Builvero are the responsibility of their creators. Builvero does not claim ownership of projects or their intellectual property. Contributors to projects should establish clear agreements regarding ownership, licensing, and distribution of project work.

Builvero is not responsible for disputes between project members or the outcome of any projects.

7. Privacy

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service.

Builvero does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILVERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
